Sustainable Authentic Life Training Online:
Each week for 3 hours you apply a specific life skill to implement the learning into your life - via learning journeys, group sessions and conversations with your sparring partners.

• 8 x Learning Journeys
  Work on the specific Learning Journey with background information, helpful methods and deepening exercises.
  
  
• 8 x Weekly Group Sessions
  Discuss the focus of the week and your learning journey in group sessions.
  
  
• Conversations with Sparring Partners
  Get valuable insights and caring support from your sparring partners. The sparring partners are participants who reflect with you on all topics in a trusted way on a weekly basis.

Individual 1:1 Coaching & Mentoring

Get answers to your very individual questions:

• 2 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions
  Get your most relevant questions answered in 1:1 Coaching Sessions with experienced life coaches.

• 2 x 1:1  Mentoring Sessions
  You have the opportunity to talk directly to 2 mentors from the Happy Humans Collective about career choices.
