After studying business administration and earning a doctorate in the field of ecology-oriented marketing, he started his career at Bossard Consultants and worked as Managing Director at Springer & Jacoby and as Global CMO at Audi. In 2004 he founded the advertising agency kempertrautmann together with André Kemper, which became thjnk AG. Michael is also the co-founder of Hyrox, the world's first fitness competition for everyone, and he co-hosts the weekly podcast On The Way to New Work.
