Born in Belgium and now based in South of France, he is fascinated by the psychology of engagement behind video games and how it can be applied on customer or employee motivation. He has specialised in Gamification for 10 years and tries to master this craft and mix it thanks to ØPP, a startup studio, and Greight, a customer experience agency. He works on its own apps – sales animation, objective management, referral recruitment, … – and on gamification projects for clients like Toyota, International Olympic Committee, Audemars Piguet, or innovative startups in Europe. More recently, he focused on ‘gamification for good’: how gaming techniques can be used on meaningful projects like Smart Cities or Healthcare Gamification.
