Juraj has been continually finetuning his passion to live for beauty, happiness, purpose and pleasure. He started his working life as a strategy & operational consultant and in 2000 co-founded the strategic procurement consultancy Efficio which has grown to be a global leader in its field. Juraj is a hands-on investor into companies that have potential to create impact and a good IRR - e.g. geothermal drilling technology, a chip that is designed to bring human brain speed AI capability, and the use of desert sand in concrete. Juraj helped found the Founders Kite Club. Juraj spends time on his passions: psychology and self-understanding, flying helicopters, photography and drone filming ( @jurajphotographer), hunting for new music and learning to DJ, painting, building his base in Prague, exploring ways how to get different shades of performance and pleasure out of human body and mind, riding motorbikes, travelling to explore the world, horse-riding, car racing, kite skiing.
