Justyna’s way of being was always one of asking—and seeking truth in the answers.
She is a writer and poet who authors two Substack publications: Stacking Stones, featuring weekly essays, and Undercurrents, a space for poetry. Through her writing, she explores themes such as interconnectedness, the human condition, the nature of love and grief, our participation in the natural world, communal living, and soul activism. Her words aim to simplify and deepen the human experience, both collective and individual.
In addition to her literary pursuits, Justyna is deeply engaged in humanitarian and environmental efforts. She co-founded the NGO Rethinking Refugees: Knowledge and Action and has collaborated with organisations such as UNESCO Girl MOVE Academy, TEDx, and Fashion Revolution.
Her meditation practice in the Buddhist tradition, deepened through regular retreats, forms the foundation of her work and an embodied way of being, centred on peaceful expansion, simplicity, and joy—inwardly and outwardly.
She has a small dog named Su, spends most of her time in nature, and fuels all her endeavours with dark chocolate.
