Over the past 30 years, Doug has utilized his creativity and business acumen to develop sales strategies for clients, create his own companies, and serve his community. His ability to foster relationships and connect people, whether building a youth lacrosse league in Trenton, NJ, or developing LYT, a company that delivers immersive sensory sessions of integrated sound and light for the wellness industry, has been a hallmark of his success. Doug has worked with public and private companies in entertainment, edtech, hospitality, and, most recently, the wine industry. Doug brings a natural desire to be of service into each project, as well as his own daily yoga practice, and has launched and sold multiple companies, including PlaySportsTV, a subscription-based youth sports instructional platform.
